Four-Day Work Week

• Closed for the holidays to help maintain your work-life balance. Let’s face it, salon life during the holidays can be crazy busy! Rest and relaxation after the holiday hustle is a must!
• Closed Thanksgiving through the following Monday.
• Closed from December 24th to January 2nd.

Clear Plan for Growth

• Start taking clients while you train. We’ll begin opening your schedule for the services you've mastered as you progress through training.

Compensation

• Our stylists start off as hourly employees while they build their clientele. Once you achieve stability with your clients, you’ll transition to commission-based pay. The earning potential is limitless from there!
• Experienced stylists with an established client base may have the option to jump straight to commission.
• All tools are provided, except for shears.

Culture

• We celebrate each other’s successes and offer support when needed. If you love people, you’ll fit right in!
• We enjoy spending time together outside of work. Occasional team gatherings help us bond, and family is welcome at most events, though some are just for the team.
  

Team Player

• We work as a team and must be willing to lend a hand wherever needed, whenever necessary.

Education

• A cosmetology or nail technician license is required. Experience is valued but not mandatory (or test date scheduled).
• Please include any professional social media handles (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with your application.

Behavior

• We all have bad days, but when you show up for work, dive into the environment. By the end of your shift, you’ll likely have a different perspective.
• Bullying will not be tolerated.
• Keep it positive. We encourage open communication among team members.

Culture

• Participation in gatherings outside of the salon is not required but is encouraged. You won’t want to miss out on the fun!
